Link Here: lepoissonrouge.com/events/view/3002Just wondering if anyone knows more specifically what's happening with this event? It says Owen is playing, but is it as his own act or as part of something? I'm actually in NY on this date, which is a rediculous wonderful coincidence, so I'm pretty interested!

What exitsign said. When I saw Owen a couple years back at a Burgundy session there was Heartland stuff and a Muhly piece and the Neil Young.

a little strange to see Owen just singing without an instrument! Beautiful covers though. His voice sounds especially wonderful too. Thanks for posting the links!

Shipbuilding.. great cover.. probably my favorite song from the 1980's. Robert Wyatt's version is perhaps unbeatable (also one of David Bowie's all time favorites), but loved hearing it with Owen's voice. I found the original recording from when I first I heard it (on OGWT) although I have it on dvd already: www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6T9qp9XbRYElvis did an okay version as well. Love to hear/see it in person. ...Oh and the Joni Mitchell cover was nice as well
