Oh man. I'm sure you would have said so if you did, but you didn't happen to record that, did you?

Bridle And Bit sounds really great - thanks Jules!
I'm kicking myself for not having gone, mainly so that I could offer up a second opinion, though I'm sure one isn't needed!

I was at the Manchester show, the new songs sound amazing and I'm especially eager to hear a studio recording of Song for Five and Six. Thanks to Owen for being patient with us whilst we hassled him outside.

If I find my passport (suspect I will) I'll be volunteering up at Arboretum. I'll probably be wearing a vegetable bandana and busking somewhere on clarinet in the off hours. Would love to hang out with everybody, and not have to run off at the end of shows like the last few times. Will you be there? Give me a call, here's my number, 854-4784. [pm me]

My mind is still blown after Manchester - every time I try and describe how amazing that show was I find myself lost for words... This was the setlist (which must have contained 90% of the songs I wanted hear live most of all!): Scandal at the Parkade Midnight Directives In Conflict Keep The Dog Quiet/Mount Alpentine A Man With No Ankles Secret Seven Soldier’s Rock Tryst with Mephistopheles Song Song Song The CN Tower Belongs To The Dead This Lamb Sells Condos The Riverbed Infernal Fantasy This is the Dream of Win & Regine Bridle & Bit Lewis Takes Off His Shirt Thanks for sharing the video Jules! You didn't happen to get any more songs on film did you? There seems to be about a hundred videos of the London show but none of Manchester!

I've got the whole show in the can but haven't had the time to review quality and decide what is okay to post. Hopefully some of it will be okay.

Setlist from tonight's show in Ottawa. Was bummed that it was cut short and that we didn't get anything pre-Heartland. The performance was still great though.
Midnight Directives Keep the Dog Quiet/Mt. Alpentine Soldier's Rock Tryst With Mephistopheles Song for 5 & 6 The Riverbed Infernal Fantasy The Sky Behind the Flag (aborted about 30 seconds in) The Great Elsewhere

Why was The Sky Behind the Flag aborted?

Why was The Sky Behind the Flag aborted? Just before they started the song, someone informed Owen that he had time for only one more song, as they started their set a bit late. They started playing Sky but then Owen had a change of heart and decided that if they could only play one more song, it should be something the audience knows well.

Haha well not if you don't want to, but I'll be happy to see anything at all - I'm not fussed about quality! (Nothing can be worse than my attempt at recording anyway... it turns out bass reeeeally doesn't agree with my ipod!!)

all these recents shows (and subsequent photos) have led me to wonder about that black and white graphic shirt... are there secret lyrics hidden in it or something?
