Hi guys. I've been way to active on this forum.... But, while reading through the Heartland Orchestral score thread, I came across Owen's posts stating that a cheaper HPC score would be coming soon. Is that still happening I'm not begging for it or anything, just wondering (I am extremely sorry if i'm posting too much at this point with so many questions.)

I too am waiting for this... Fairly impatiently. I love scores. Hopefully soon. I'm hoping Owen will see this and possibly give us an update...

It's drafted, ready to be printed. I'm holding off for a HPC re-release, which hasn't even been *talked* about yet. Be patient, I'm doing things. Right now I'm in London making my debut as an alto with Anon 4, backing up The Mountain Goats-- their regular alto had a family emergency and couldn't come, so I stepped in.

I agree. That really was quite something. Your voice worked very well with the rest of Anonymous4 : ) Congrats on a great performance, and for stepping in at the last minute!
Also, woo HPC scorebook!

JULES. you were there? Why didn't you say hi? (We took off fairly quickly.) I was on a tight schedule myself yesterday and didn't want to bother you. I had to post at the interval because I was so enthralled, even whilst chatting to Leo C which is very rude of me.. he laughed when I admitted I couldn't read the blurb he wrote, because I hadn't got my reading glasses. I have now and your description about angels commenting upon the actions contained within the words is so true of Transcendental Youth (its on my most wanted list). The whole concert was amazing and whilst you being there was a small bonus, I think the quality of everyone was of the highest quality and will live along side other great performances. I left feeling enriched and deeply privileged to have been there. John's voice blended so well with the Anonymous 4 and I was impressed by your performance which didn't seem out of place with the others. I got goosebumps listening to Lakeside View, but its unfair to signal out one piece. (Just how do you manage to magic up such wonderful arrangements all the time?). ... regardless of you and John, how good are Anonymous 4. I've some similar stuff on some compilation of classical music history, but nothing as remotely good. Any guidance on a good place to start with their back catalogue? Nice One.
