I see Owen has been helping out those Rum Runner boys from Brum.
According to wiki not only did Owen do the string arrangement and conduct the The St. Kitts String Octet on track 7 "The Man Who Stole a Leopard" on Duran Duran latest album (to think I saw them before all the screaming started back in the 80's), but seems (according to sources) that...
"John Taylor also mentioned in his experience writing 'The Man Who Stole A Leopard' that Owen Pallett had written 2 instrumental tracks based on the album. Both will appear on the final version and will move the total tracks to 14".
Well I'm excited.

ME TOO!!!!!! <3 <3 <3 Oh Hell! Has he recorded with Depeche Mode yet?? The Cure??? If the answer to those two questions = Yes! then it would seem all of the pre-teen 80's fantasies I didn't know I could/would have are already fulfilled. ;D Sweet.

Really enjoying the expand album with the additional interludes that appear to be the 2 tracks mentioned as having been created by Owen.
Overall album may be the best they have done since Medazzaland (which everybody else seems to hate.. didn't even get a UK release, so maybe best since the Wedding Album then)
