Just noticed this amazing event that I won't be able to get to. I mean it's just a fantastic line up even if you excluded Owen (see: 11th November line up)

here's the blurb about it..
"One of the finest all-Canadian music festival of the year will not actually be in Canada".
Wednesday November 10, 2010
The festival will kick off with the romantic folk ballads of guitarist Eric Chenaux. Multi-talented musician and producer Sandro Perri will perform his experimental set including acoustic and electronic sources. Closing the opening night will be award winning singer songwriter, and ex-Eric’ Trip bassist Julie Doiron performing in the lineup Daniel, Fred and Julie.
Thursday November 11, 2010
The second night of the festival will open with folk songstress Snowblink (Daniela Gesundheit) followed by Vancouverite Canadian Indie legend Daniel Bejar, aka Destroyer. To cap off the evening, Owen Pallett, whose 2010 release, Heartland, which the festival is named after, will perform his beautiful ballads.
Friday November 12, 2010 Arts & Crafts Night
Promising to be one of the highlight nights of the festival, Friday kicks off with smart pop band, Zeus, followed by must-see live band, The Hidden Cameras, headed by the mega-talented Joel gibb, whose sound is often described as “gay church folk”. Closing the night is Canadian indie “It” band, Broken Social Scene.
Saturday November 13, 2010
Acclaimed band, The Acorn, will get the show going on the last night of the festival, followed by the minimalist melodies of Timber Timbre. Considered an avant-garde figure in hip hop, Buck 65 will get the crowd going with his unique sound. Wrapping up the festival is the prolific Do Make Say Think, whose music is the perfect blend of instrumental rock, jazz and electronic music.
