I second what Miss Emily just said. I am so happy I got tickets for her Montreal show on the 14 after the first one, scheduled for the 15, sold out in 7 hours. I am extremely excited.

Heartland!
I vote for Sufjan Stevens, too. I've been waiting for the studio versions of "Jupiter Bad June", "Barn Owl, The Night Killer" and "Majesty, Snowbird" for a long time.
Also excited for
Jonsi (Sigur Ros, too) Joanna Newsom Clogs Arcade Fire Turin Brakes The Loose Salute and some of my favourite Korean musicians.
Oh, I'm listening to new Corinne Bailey Rae. New single "I'd Do It All Again" is like her singing Radiohead. I like it.

Heartland! Jonsi (Sigur Ros, too) Jonsi yes, but Sigur Ros is on indefinite haitus...for "having babies"...musical babies I'd presume. Their next LP was apparently close to finished, but they scrapped it. Ah well.

I saw Joanna two weeks, where she debuted her new songs. They sounded so fucking good. This album will be her best hands down.
My fav albums so far this year (in no order)
Pantha Du Prince Four Tet Beach House Electric President The Last Electro-Acoustic Space Jazz & Percussion Ensemble Owen Pallett Cars & Trains The Magnetic Fields + more
Looking forward to Panda Bear's 'Tomboy'
Won't look forward to that much this year, will sit back and let things surprise me.

I thought you knew that! ahhaha, aww does that mean Anthony-chips doesn't even read my post when they are the intial ones on a thread. Though I haven't turned every bolder or checked every crevice for the next biggest thing, I guess what I'm most looking forward to right now is: Parenthetical Girls - Privilegeand Joanna Newsom - Have One on Me
