Whoops sorry just read the other thread. Lucky bugger. So no chance of anyone else getting a look in? Suppose that would be cheeky :p

;D ohh gosh, release dates are getting closer and closer. As far as album leaks go, I'm starting to get scared for Owen. knock on wood.

Well, I've got a question for you guys. IF the album leaks (again knock on wood), would you download it because you can't wait to hear it or would you wait for the actual release?

I don't know! Usually I try to avoid leaks of albums I really can't wait for, just so it'll be more exciting when I actually get it. But this system has failed before.

HA.
We've been waiting two years or more.
I want this bad, but a leak wont stop me buying the vinyl.

Oh my Goodness. I just listened to the album version of Lewis Takes Action. I was not expecting it to sound like that. I don't think it'll matter whether or not we've heard these songs played live (even if they've been played with an orchestra). This album will surprise us. where!?

I will definitely download it when it leaks. Depending on how much money I have when it comes out I'll definitely buy the vinyl or CD. But Owen's a lucky boy, unfortunately I can't afford to buy literally ALL the music I download, so I have to prioritise. And Owen happens to be one of those artists I will definitely buy a new release from.

Anthony-chips, thats a good question. I've too thought about this... Where more then often I will shamefully download the *whisper* leaks to albums before buying them on vinyls or disc, I feel like Heartland is something I should treat differently. I mean, I can't imagine the wait for a torrent to finish downloading on a crappy internet service would be a much greater suspense then ripping off the masking tape to a box you've been waiting much too long for, then finally seeing, holding, smelling (yeah its weird, but, c'mon, we all do it-that new record smell?-Mmm) and at last listening to songs you've waited years to hear. The sad thing is if it were to pop up on the internet tomorrow *knock on wood* it would be a long wait until Jan. 12, not counting the shipping which would take forever, the floods of opinionated comments, the new members who joined because they 'really dig that one song', and other what-have-yous that'd consume this board. I don't know if I could last. Even as much as I'd like to be a good boy and stay off the naughty-list. I mean, it has a release date for a reason. Maybe we should respect it? That said, if there were to be a fancy limited edition preorder that mailed earlier and arrived on the 12th? Well, I would be such a happy camper. Also, I guess Owen's download approval would overrule any of the rules I've laid down for myself.. He does make the rules...

If it leaks, I'll probably just do my best to avoid whatever spoilers thread shows up and be patient. However I am terrible at not reading threads on messageboards, so I'm not sure how well that'll work out.

I still am interested in obtaining this, if anyone would be kind enough to provide a link or upload it, as I was out of town when the download codes were given out.
