würzburg (germany) on june 1 (http://www.cairo.wue.de/wordpress/?page_id=36 ), the leipzig show will be on june 2. i really want to attend both shows, although - considering my current financial situation - i'll already be lucky if i can make it to würzburg. are there any germans i can meet up with? also, first post on here, so hello!  |

It seems - at least from what I've been told by the press office of La Biennale art exhibition - the gig isn't open to the public, it's going to be held during the opening party for the 53rd Art Exhibition at the Canada pavilion and will be invitation only  |

yes, as far as i know big art fairs have opening parties (in this case sponsored by each exhibiting country) which are usually invitation only (those invites go to the media, press, artsy people, collectors, curators, ....) nevertheless if there's a chance to get one tell me please.... Anyway I doubt I'll be able to go, even if I'd like it enough to cover the 500+ km distance in whatever possible - and impossible - way: I'm not elite enough for it, I'm not even Canadian, and my bribing powers are far from effective... not to mention I wouldn't know who to bribe. I could rob somebody just outside the Canada Pavilion though  Maybe if some other less exclusive dates were added... *hopeful glance* |
