i've recently quite smoking just at work.. i leave my smokes at home and go to work.. it's hard at first but eventually i made it through the day somehow..
also, smoking the shitty cheap brands is a good turn off from smoking.. or whenever you have an urge for a smoke just tell yourself to fuck off.
