there is no magic sleep cure. i haven't discovered this in my many years of sleeplessness. i'm acutally in a state of insomnia right now. the only things that have ever helped me sleep:
getting exercise of some sort during the day getting out of bed around the same time every day writing down all my thoughts before bed
my mother usually suggests warm milk or red wine to make you sleepy.
