it's like expression through dancing in a weird violent, negative way. why don't you learn tai-bow!? billy blanks is a great role-model.

Ahhh, but you seeee!
It is Tae-Bo, but in an advanced form... and it's been happening a lot longer than Tae-Bo. Evolved from the Long Beach strut of the 80's!
Hardcore is way funner than Tae-Bo, despite the similar premise.

If there's one thing that I hate more than hardcore dancers, it's the Star Wars kid. Fucking trendy famous dork...

hardcore, shmardcore.
Just because most of these bands dress punk doesn't mean they're not just plain old metal.

Or just because you talk like you have an extensive understanding of the genres, doesn't mean you aren't actually clueless.

and just because you overinterested yourself into a shitty genre doesnt mean the rest of us should.
They're doing it because it's fun as fucking hell.
You get a big rush throwing down, believe it or not. I suppose you have a better idea? There's history behind it anyway.
no, no, yes, and i dont think anyone cares.

Yeah, there's a history behind sodomy too. that doesn't make me want to participate in it.
Not that I'm trying to knock the hardcore scene; I was just saying that minus the image, and the whole "throwing down" thing, the majority of what they're calling hardcore these days is no different than metal. If metal is your thing, then great. There's nothing wrong with metal.
Anybody remember Minor Threat, Or Gorrilla Biscuits, or Insted? Or more recently Bane etc? Those are hardcore bands.
