i prefer to have my own thoughts about God and religion and whatever. i respect other peoples views and listen to them and perhaps take influence from them, but i form my own opinions. im my own religion i guess. ill call it Awesomism.

Buddism, out of them, it ties in with me, Not as much as the Dualism philosophies. I used to be into Nihilism. I don't think there's a religion for all of me.

Nihilism isn't a religion. Isn't it a belief in nothing? Do have long talks with your friends about existentialism?

well, whats so good about tolerance anyway? if you have to be tolerant to everything then youre gonna end up being some sort of diseased beleif-slut prone to everything whether you like it or not.... naw, not for me. intolerance seems way better on the old noggin

Mormons are not Christians... for many reasons...for one: they believe that they too will become gods like God (the same God most people are familiar with). Women married to their husband who became a god, are to become "Spirit vessels" and will be eternally pregnant to repopulate the planet they govern. Also, their book of Nephi talks of Natives and other dark skinned people being cleansed of their racial inequities if they believe..."their skin became delightsomely white...".. so, that means that dark skinned people will become more white if they follow the mormon faith... (uhhhhh.... hmmmm..) that is from their book of Nephi. Of course...after the civil rights movement... these passages weren't taken litterally anymore. Oh man...am I gunna be introuble from Sally stalker... Apart from Christianity... I find the mormon faith interesting... as things are constantly changing.... with each Living prophet they have, something that people believed years ago is no longer looked upon as truth, or valid anymore. Aparently... God, or the god of this planet just can't get things right! Afterall... the mormon god is just a MAN... one of flesh and bone...but not blood. This is all stuff from when I used to have my monday talks with mormon missionaries. If I am really out to lunch on anything I've said. Please let me know. I'd be happy to discuss it with ya outside the message board.
Woah! That was quite a rant!!

Also all the stuff about the trinity. The majority of "christian" teachings saying that God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are distict, but one...where as Mormon do not believe they are one at all.
