A while back Radio K did an interview and recorded 3 songs with Mr Pallett. Not sure if people have already heard it, but you can download an mp3 version of the show which includes Many Lives, Flare Gun and Interview simply by going to their website here and selecting the download option: radiok.cce.umn.edu/multimedia/audio/finalfantasy/

yay jules!! those are very awesome versions of those songs & such a nice clean recording! great interview too but it kinda made me sad. stephanie definitely deserves recognition for her art, it's so beautiful & unique. i find it so strange that even though she's the one doing it on stage, apparently many interviewers think that she didn't create it. :\ wtf? people are odd.
& i hope all this constant touring hasn't made you bitter, owen! we really appreciate all the amazing shows (obviously!) & you can just chill out for awhile now, yah? you most certainly deserve it!

So here's a story for you. I've been looking for a solid recording of that Simon Bookish cover ever since I fell in love with the monologue bit in the middle about favorite monarchs and such when Owen came to Edmonton back in October. Of course I had no idea it was a Simon Bookish cover until now. I just kept on googling "owen pallett" and "queen victoria": the same 37 hits for months, if you can believe it. I should have joined this forum earlier.
I am also glad that Owen sounds really crabby during the interview. It was charming.
