Also in regards to album sales determining winners: is time factored in? If a huge act released an album right at the end of the eligible time frame and a different, equally huge act released one at the beginning of the eligible time period.. is that not really unnaccurate??? the junos always seem like a bit of an embarrassing joke really. although it would amuse & make me very happy to see ann murray give an award to holy fuck for the alt album of the year. yes, i'm easily amused.  |
