Hey Owen, did you ever get to hear any Permafrown??? They did an 8 song mini-record which never got released but it is very good.

As for bands feuding I think that is a method of playing up to our press. 'Feuds' = headlines. There are so many bands struggling for a fickle limelight that anything goes for exposure...Yes, the band "feuding" element of British music is basically the result of one publication - NME. It still has a massive influence on the exposure of music in this country and basically every new 'scene' or trend is engineered by some bored journalists in London. |
