Geez Louize, I lose Internet access for a few days and the whole world goes mad.

Why yes, it's a Final Fantasy forum and his third album has just been accidentally released.

Heartland is so beautiful... I have been listening to it nonstop since I got it. Is this electronica/pop sound a permanant change for Owen, or was it just for this album? I'm sort of hoping he sticks with his pre-Heartland sound. I love heartland, but I love his other stuff too...

Why yes, it's a Final Fantasy forum and his third album has just been accidentally released. It's probably nothing to rehash, and I'm probably just being overly sensitive, but I wasn't being sarcastic. I was referring more to the "madness" of a weird unauthorized leak, that leak being rescinded, the boards abuzz about how the new album sounds, debate about whether to listen or to wait, all while I sit here an twiddle my thumbs in front of an unresponsive router.

And, technically, it's an Owen Pallett forum now.

I guess Owen has responded to Paste magazines review of Heartland Twitter = " @pastemagazine en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tubular_Bells" Paste magazine = " The record is a 46-minute, 12-track piece for looped violin and voice that owes as much to Brian Eno's ambient instrumental Tubular Bells and Andrew Bird's whistled mini-symphonies as it does the more formal terrain of orchestral composition". I laughed...Merry Christmas one and all and Paste Magazine

Ahh, sorry It's not so easy to detect sarcasm on the internet. And yes - it's an Owen Pallett forum now. Hah, that's going to take me a few months to get used to...

I listened to the leak once...and I loved it! But I will wait for the physical CD before listening to it again...oh well, one more listening session won't hurt

Next thing you know, you listened to it 25 times. (Based on a true experience)

No one has commented on my spectacular lute playing on tracks 5-13! Ha ha. I wish. Soon enough! Isn't this album gonna blow 2010's tits off?! The live show is even better... hoops of fire, theremins, and, instead of confetti, craisins falling from the sky!
