I was wondering about this only the other day. Japanese editions are expensive, but often have a little gem or 2.

are there two bonus tracks? on the tracklist from that link there was only one extra song, which in kanji was named something along the line "to be recording a bonus track" (lazily translated by derek..)
would this not be the same extra track from the lewis takes action single?

二つボーナストラックがあったら 、その二つ目は未発表新曲だろう?

On the tracklist, we could only see No.13, but in the "item details" (and the web page title itself, too) it clearly says 2 tracks. And the Japanese Explanation on the list: we can also translate it just like 'TBA'. (my ugly translation ;-) ) The bonus tracks in Japanese version are usually old songs. I hope it's not.

二つボーナストラックがあったら 、その二つ目は未発表新曲だろう? I hope so. But if we hope both songs are new (not A Waterly Day), would it be 'too much'?

Neither of them are A Watery Day. They are both remixes, by people who will be familiar to all. They are both awesome.
I have several songs that I was hoping to finish as b-sides---still hoping---but the Rabbit Hole film score has taken over my life and I haven't been able to get any time on them, much to all of our chagrin.

I may be completely off-base with this postulation, but if there will be a Max Tundra remix of a Heartland song, I may not be able to handle that kind of combined awesomeness/I may have import that CD.

Oh my, just the thought of a Leo Chadburn remix makes me become a little schoolgirl again.
So will there be any other ways of purchasing the bonus tracks besides a Japanese release? at least digital purchasing?

Oh man, if that's what both remixes end up being--a Leo Chadburn/Simon Bookish one and a Max Tundra one--then that album is getting imported posthaste. Also, the CDJapan and YesAsia pages for the album are up. If'n ya end up wanting to import it, either one of those sites is your best bet.

so, is it just me or does anyone else hear a nod to "peach plum pear" right before owen sings "I will not sing your praises here"? the walnut whales ep version specifically.
