Is the Boston date definitely at the Middle East, because it's not on the Middle East's website. And if so, please tell me it's not 18+!

OK The Warehouse does some 18+shows and some all ages. AND IT'S A FUCKING NIGHTCLUB. That's LAME. Please, please, please let this one be all ages. I'll go to edmonton and all if I have to (and I may still go even if Calgary is all ages to see him two times) but srslyyyyyyyy. If the Warehouse is 18+ I volunteer my place for a daytime house show!

hey - we try and accomodate as much as possible.
It's a mix of all ages, 18+, 21+ which is shitty but sometimes when there are no options, there isn't much you can do.
Boston is 18+
San Diego is 21+ (there are very few options in San Diego that were available).
Calgary is all ages i believe but will have to double check.

Re: the venue, yeah it's likely not IDEAL but a lot of cool bands have played the warehouse: Do Make Say Think, Black Mountain, Islands, etc

The Warehouse is kind of sketchy, though I think I'll be at the Edmonton show anyway. Maybe I'll try to come back here (calgary) for the show though.

I'm glad that we don't have this issue with gigs in the UK. You can pretty much get in at any age. Not that it matters to me in my late 20's but I am pleased for my younger gigging brothers and sisters. ahhh.

However, All ages shows are no good to me at the other side of the world!

I think I'm going to cry. I hate to sound nagging or whatever (I just really want to go!) but I'm guessing there's no "18+ or with a responsible adult" rule at the Middle East because I know they allow all ages, too? I guess the bright side would be, if it is his last tour for a while, I'll be 18 by the time he comes back...
