It is pretty neat-o.
Although I noticed that they've painted the elevators RED! They've always been orange...it seems wrong.

I think the LEDs give a pretty stunning look. But, yeah. Red elevators?

Yeah! I walked by one day and was like "whaaaa?" It shouldn't bother me nearly as much as it does. But seriously now, the LED lights are pretty awesome. I've only seen them lit once, but it was really cool, and they change colour and stuff. I guess they can now coordinate the CN Tower with holidays. But I guess not Hallowe'en since red elevators and orange lights would clash. I'd like to add this may be Toronto's attempt to act like Paris. Twinkle lights are prettier though ... but these are energy efficient at least.

The lights could have come in handy last night when I was going to be all dramatic and film The CN Tower during The CN Tower belongs to the dead. You can kind of see the outline of the bottom of it in my video... The lights turned on a few songs later. Owen, you should have waited. *nods* www.youtube.com/watch?v=eFsKxXH0XoQ
