(Did I explain this before?)
The beard was grown for a reason. I have a cyst on my neck, right where my violin touches my skin. It's a standard feature for many masculine violinists. It grows when I shave and play shows, and it shrinks when I grow a beard. So: beards may make my visage less boyish for your Flickr pages, but beards also prevent my neck from becoming a pusy, bloody mess.

This is my official first post from lurking on this board, but I do support the beard Owen. This show looked amazing and I hope someone can post "That's When The Audience Died" because I get all giddy when people perform together.

I remember this; I had a cyst by my ear once, and that thing was a bitch to get rid of, we didn't know what it was until it got infected and then I had to get surgery. Beard=more money and time for Heartland and equipment!

BY THE WAY I just got one of these: www.hollowsun.com/vintage/cp70/index.htmlAnd it's coming on the fall tour. No more Juno Alpha (which died in France a month ago, I accidentally fried the transformer). Only beautiful grand piano sounds.

I don't think I'll be able to fully realize my piano dreams for another few months of practise and writing but I'm very stoked about the looping possibilities of this instrument.

Is that same / similar to the one you used at the Scala show back last October in London, England? Because if it is then that baby is heavy. Juno Alpha RIP

Awesome about the CP-70...can't wait to see what it'll sound like. Going slightly back on the topic of this thread since its resurrection made me watch my video of This Lamb Sells Condos...here is the video I took which so sadly (since I really like it and it sounds good and you can see the whole projector show throughout) would not upload on youtube: www.megaupload.com/?d=6UZAZDBVEnjoy!

Ooh, nice video. Thank you for uploading it!
And I, too, am very much looking forward to the adoption of the CP-70, and, ideally, to hearing it live, should I be lucky enough to be able to make it to the Philadelphia show.

Thanks for the videos and pics! (I haven't been on this forum for months, so I apologize if my posts sound dated and I sound amazed by everything) That show was amazing(ly cold) and probably the best Canada Day I've ever had. I love that CP-70. If I had money to spend right now, I'd buy one.
