Just thought everyone might like to know that the Young Canadian Mothers 7" is now ready to ship. The cover art is beautiful and we're thrilled that it's finally real. Order it here... www.thebluehouse.org/details.php?id=658We will do our best to start sending packages on the weekend but please bear with us. We are just a few dudes with day jobs and other things to do.

Hey...
Sorry we've been incommunicado. Cam and my dayjobs have been riding us pretty hard. We're going to start preparing things on the weekend, though we have to cut a LOT of cardboard squares so it might take us more than the weekend.
We'll send out a mass email to all interested parties/order babes when we know exactly when they'll start going out....
Thanks for waiting it out. I think it'll be worth it.

I bought a copy of the Young Canadian Mothers 7" and it had a skip towards the end of the first track. I took it back to the store and exchanged it for a new copy - same thing, skip in the exact same place. What gives?

really? I've never noticed that. I will check it out tonight and give you a status report.
unfortunately, there's not a whole lot we can do about it now.
that seems strange though, cause I've listened to it a trillion times. i'd tell you it was your needle, but that wouldn't explain it skipping in the same place both times.

jtrobot is likely a Toronto resident. He said he returned it and, considering he didn't return it to us, I'd be he got it from a store. Only Rotate and Soundscapes in Toronto have them so far.
Don't worry, we would never forget you.

upon further inspection, it says clearly that he returned it to the store. therefore, he is Torontonian.

You could try adjusting your counterweight, perhaps?
