It seems as if there are going to be a lot of videos coming up.
Sara and I are going to do an R&B video for "Song, Song, Song".
Kevin Hegge (Never Say Andy Warhol Again, Anne Frankencense) is doing a video for "The Sea".
Alex Wolfson (Domaine D'Or) is doing a video for "I'm Afraid Of Japan".
Jesse Ewles (Wax Mannequin "The Price") is doing a video for "He Poos Clouds"
Steph Comilang and Jamie are doing a puppetry video, I don't know what song yet.
I'm telling you this because I'm pleased as punch.

R&B?! THATS BRILLIANT.
you *have* to do it.
add a couple "yo's" in the song.
just for good measure.

No, no thugging out. Just lots of dancing. No "yo"s either, what ARE you talking about?

Of course! Given the similarity between how you play "Fantasy" and how you play "Song Song Song", live, we should have known this was inevitable. I can't wait to hear how the finished product looks (and sounds...)

bumping this to request validation that owen actually made this post, and if so, what is the status of any of these?

Jeeeez, yes, it's the real Owen. I visit this board more than I should. But it's better to be "in tune" and "at the party" than sitting on your bed writing in your journal all day.
Honestly, you think REAL musicians don't go a day without checking out their own message boards? Of course not. Even Antony has Google-searches hooked up.
About the videos. Of those, I don't know how many are actually going to be COMPLETED. I mean, they're all unfunded projects (at this point) and thus there can be NO GUARANTEES.
Jaron Albertin has also expressed an interest although we haven't actually chatted about it yet. He did the DFA1979 video with the singing boobs.
But I've seen some of Jesse Ewles' sketches for the video for "He Poos Clouds" and we've even done some (unsuccessful) shooting. So far so good, he's a keeper. You should see his Wax Mannequin video, do a search for Nude Mouse (his production company).

Steph Comilang and Jamie are doing a puppetry video, I don't know what song yet. I'm telling you this because I'm pleased as punch. I think just the idea of a puppetry video is exciting enough.

videos are some great entertainment i never get why people make one super quality video for one song instead of a couple more not so high quality videos. support the arts!
