maybe there is more than one sleeve design for the 12"? my sleeve bears no resemblance to the cd cover image (the hand & scalpel), and is credited to jorge tapia of nitco.
the design's okay, though a silkscreened version of the hand & scalpel would've been cooler. but i wish the person who made the insert (the text of which presumably was copied from the cd) had double-checked what they'd written. so many typos. still, i suppose it's in the spirit of the 'lxiu xiu' typo on the chapel cd spine.
