insofar as i know it is up - [it shows seeds presently which it didn't while it was down] - however it is not a tracker i use often, nor yet since its return.

i'm almost certain that it was shut down. i wouldn't be using it.
though, it's possible that anti piracy people re-opened it as to have some way to get ip adresses.
