I was bored and made an illustration of Tom Joad from the Grapes Of Wraith. I thought it turned out kind of neat, and it reminded me of xiu xiu.. so I figured why not make it an album cover!  anyone else have any xiu xiu inspired art / album covers they think would be rad for the new cd? edit // modified to not give people heartattacks. ha |

the title of this thread made me think you had found the painting which is supposed to be the new album cover. maybe you should change the titleit to be more appropriate, causing less heart attacks  well, xiu xiu-related art...i guess when i took muppet face and slowed down some footage of a fat girl dancing at a crappy talent show to the song...i guess that was art. |

Good luck with that album cover deal. Not really art, but I painted up the back of my black jacket with a little xiu xiu battle between two birds. Its quite interesting, and it was fun to make with art and crafts stuff.
