a letter with no return address. inside there was no letter... but eight xiu xiu setlists.
i am very thankful to whoever sent this to me, and i've had an incredibly rough couple of past months. family problems and very personal problems with my own mental health. but this really made my day.
david, was this you? i have a feeling it was. thank you very much to whoever sent this to me.

i wonder, do a lot of people on here have old setlists? what have you done with them? if we ever get the fansite up properly again, would people be willing to scan the setlists they've picked up to include there?

im definitely up for helping start or maintaining a "XXFC" (xiu xiu fan collaborative) similar to the smashing pumpkins fansite (spfc.org) which has like, every song, all the lyics, every setlist and listing of all the tabs and instruments they play and bios, etc.

well, we had a fan site beginning, and due to a server crash, everything was lost... there's still a few remnants of it left at www.jetaimexiu.com , but we haven't done anything to it in forever |

everyone who talks to me for the first time always say that i have an accent. it's a mix of canadian and croatian, 'cause even my canadian friends say it.
personally, i don't hear it. but accents ARE sexy!
i wanted to tell you i loved your voice, but i thought that would have been creepy so i didn't say it. but i'm saying it now.

My voice has gotten really scratchy since I started smoking almost a pack a day. and not sleeping. and yelling. but scratchy is sexy - voice and hair. so it works.
maybe I'll do some drunk-dialing to Canada.
