Cus left alone Marr's riffs are boring little major-chord four-bar strums. Sorry but that group was Morrisseymorrisseymorrissey and the fact that he began to suck post-Smiths was a chemistry thing, not a Marr thing.

the only reason that you are expecting an attack is because you know that comment is ridiculous. Marr was almost as much the smiths as morrissey was. try learning the tabs to "this charming man", "hand in glove" "some girls are bigger than others" just to name a couple of my head. he was a genius guitarsit. if it wasn't for marr the smiths wouldn't be anyones favorite band.

but id love to hear your opinion on why he sucks.

Word Omar Rodriguez-Lopez is a great guitarist. I've tried learning alot off of Deloused and it's pretty ridiculous.

i wouldnt go as far as saying rodriguez is great, he just plays with a very modified style that is hard to duplicate on a properly strung guitar. omar plays left-handed with the strings strung right-handed.

That doesn't make him not great, even if you put skill aside, the atonal meldoies this guy can make are unbelivable.
