well, since the tour begins tomorrow, i went ahead and cross-referenced all the appropriate sites... the first post of this thread appears to be completely updated, although if there are any changes, i'll post them as soon as i find out... also, if you know of any changes to these dates, let us know!

i will be there since my car broke down on the way to the show tonight which translated into being stranded on the 5 for about 6 hours...
a big let down because we were bringing gifts for them.

Has anyone seen shows with Xiu Xiu, Yellow Swans, and Nedelle? How long do the sets last? I'm on a crunch because I would need to catch the metro in DC, and doors open at 8:30. Anyone know these things?

Ive only been to art shows at the gladstone....does anyone know about the sound?

i think the sound is GREAT at the gladstone. xiu xiu played there a couple of times before the poor alex show and i think they were great.
i'm so happy to hear they're playing at the gladstone. i like it better.

IT SOUJNDS WONDERFUL, BUT PRICEY FOR PICTURES... i should note that in america there was an edition in a paperor plastic sleeve for the bargain price of $5. i am an ass and got the album-ized version for $15 more. so if you're of normal intelligence, it doesn't cost $20 anywhere. but i suspected some bonus for the extra expenditure, and i was wrong. 'twas an impetus for maturation, however, and that's priceless, so i am told. |
