I know you're touring, so hopefully you'll have time during or after the tour...
I'm wondering what your process is for writing a song. Do you start with the melody and use "dummy lyrics" like the band Everything Everything? Do you write rough lyrics for the entire album, since the songs are related? Do you start with the melody and add the harmony? Do you have it pop into your brain fully formed all at once?
