i think that the kids of today have become increaSingly violent.
honestly, im 19 and i thought my gen was harsh, but nowadays there are so many kids coming from broken homes or families where their parents can never be there for them(as a result of the debilitating work eat sleep syndrome so many of them have today) also, during a kids teen yrs, we were all expected to solve things for ourselves and become adults on our own, like we actually have gotten enough guidance and attention by now.I believe that with less and less mothers staying home and more and more fathers splitting we become insensitive and undisciplined....not neccesarily always a bad thing. did u know they only give u one year from the day ur kid is born to be a full time mother? and then u have to go bak to work, or have a really loaded spouse to survive. speaking from the mom side of things now, i can say that money doesnt grow on trees, that the house doesnt clean itself, but newsflash to all u thirty something party parents out there...........a child does not raise itself, nor love itself, nor discipline itself. blah blah. whatever, i just think kids have it really hard these days, im 19 and i thought my peers were the most violent generation around. i was sooooo wrong.i honestly feel sorry for you younger.... adults, i'll call you. u grow up without one parent or the other, and if they both stik around, one ends up being an abusive tyrant and the other is sooo muteable that they might as well not even be there. and then they go to work, leaving u behind to be a good kid and go to school and come home to an empty house every day, so u can tell ur dog how ur day went. these days, parents drink, they beat their kids, they do drugs, they overwork themselves, they divorce, they get sooo wrapped up in their lives and their success that hell, it doesnt even matter anymore if ur kids there, as long as they brush their teeth and make the bus everymorning theyre fine. do any of you notice, ur parents dont even chek up on how ur doing inside. honestly, i really think that the kids today are more adult than adults themselves, lets face it, there are a million situations each of them go a through a day and mommy and daddy cant help. i just find that kids are more vicious today than ever and i feel its becuz no one inside the home feels that they actually have valid beliefs and fears and problems just like the adults. theyre always telling us well, what do you have to stress out about?....
well, hey, lets step into a 16 yr olds body for a minute....... make good grades keep your chores in control, go to work, exams, peers, enmies, school in itself is a bigger stress than they think. i know i was wishing i was in school now, but having the sole responsibility of making money and handling it could never measure up to the hell i went through in school.lets face it, the kids today are violent, and its a result of the adults lack of perception of what a kid goes through today and in this age and lack of adult presence and support in their daily lives. yeah!!!!!rock on fucckkkers.....thats my fukking philosophy
