Won or lost, I can't imagine the composers met and stories made throughout it all. What a time.
Not-Oscar-related - Owen, I heard you recently met my friend Stelth in Australia. Do you remember him? I know Stelth doesnt remember it but he was the one who introduced me to your music my freshmen year of high school. Crazy how all that works!

can't wait to get my hands on the Heartland deluxe edition. Previewing the remastered A Watery Day on iTunes, it sounds great!

I'd be doing the same but it's not showing up in my iTunes store for some reason.

*pops in again* literally I'm so jealous of y'all Canadians. (my violin teacher lived up in manitoba for a couple of years, actually, and warns me that I won't want to live there anymore after I experience a winter.) I might end up going to college in Toronto, actually. And if I do, I swear I'll just run around yelling "canada, canadadidodida" a la That's When The Audience Died.
Also, I'm in love with the article titled "A Refined Pallett" a couple pages back. A Refined Pallett... god bless whoever wrote that title. You know you've made it big when they make your name into a pun.

With all the In Conflict shock, it seems like we've forgot how to talk small... (Well I guess the content of In Conflict is anything but small talk)
But how is everyone? What are the new exciting things you're working on? What's everyone eating?

I've been eating a ton of mexican food. a barely satiable craving for cheese and spices tend to lead you to such places. any veggie gardeners out there? I've currently got some tomatoes and romaine going, woohoo~
