1. So, I think we need a portable turntable as big as the MP3 player. I need this vinyl sound on the street.

2. I've been trying to rip the 7" b-side and I gave up again. The sound of the files I made...they are all the same. Disaster. Noises and all those....Ah~!

3. Like Jules said before, I keep thinking about the lyrics of A Watery Day & this beautiful instrumental. What if I make my own vocal melody for it?

Update!

I just received a notification from CDJapan that Heartland has been shipped, so it and its remixes should get here in 1-3 weeks.

Hope you don't have to wait that long... here's what to expect

When I spoke to Leo (Simon Bookish) on Monday he said he thought his remix was..."less than good".. but I think its an excellent version. Very danceable and the insrumental break in the middle with the splicing is very clever.

Like the Max Tundra remix it wouldn;t work in the context of the album and the original is far more powerful as a song, but still love it.

Can you put up the remix? I'm dying of a fever that can only be cured by more simon bookish.

Once again Jules proves he is a mystery wrapped in a conundrum wrapped in something with tonnes of connections.

The powers above have blessed my mind and synced into my mIndpod.

OH MY GOD ITS SO GOOOOOOD. Jules, if you say Leo, tell him that one of his fans love this on par with Owen's original. *cough* maybe even more *cough*

Dammit. Still no LP/7". So everyone got theres? Ahhhh I should just email them already huh.

And, I found the itunes gift card, but no remixes on the US store.
I emailed Leo the other day (to see if he could put the live with string quartet session back online, he did, Woo!) and he said the song was destined to be sold online but will eventually just leak. I'd like to buy these. but theres no way I'm ordering a Japanese release of an album before receiving the one I Preordered more than a month ago!

I dont want to beg. but yeah.. I'd really like to hear the max and leo mixes. :(

Oh.My.Fuck.

How much do I need those remixes???!!!!! Seriously. WTF. And ninja!Owen is just..... well, yes!!! Indeed. :D Ya know, I think it would be only fitting if Amano drew some ff, oh excuse me, Owen cover art sometime....

Re: A Watery Day - In a perfect world ALL vinyl would come with it's own lovely little download code cause you've already paid for the damn music and it's not 1975 now, is it!!!!!! Is it? I mean, no. No it's not.

And I'm still swimming disconsolately in a sea of un-Heartland ignorance and despair til my record shop finally gets their copies. Vancouver People - has anyone found it locally yet? I figure it's quicker to get one from a shop then order at this point but... *shrugs*
